Insta Trix
In this workshop Dan will be showing you some of his favourite
tricks which you will have seen on instagram! This class we will
play with different sorts of grips, tricks and shapes so this class
will be fun for all who attend. Be prepared to get some gorgeous
pole kisses in this class as Dan will be showing us some moves
which will put our limits to the test. This is a class not to be
missed for the hardcore pole fan!
For this class you will need to be able to or working towards - air
inverts, superman, gemini and scorpio & Handspring/ ayesha.

Fake it til you make it- Splitz Trip
When Dan first started pole he could barely touch his toes so he
is no stranger to the struggle of flexibility training. For those
people looking to improve their splits this is a great class to
come and learn the techniques Dan used to get his splits to
where they are today. Not got a perfect split? No problem! In this
class Dan will run you through his stretch routine and will be
teaching you how to fake your splits. Many of the prettiest pole
splits require a fake split. So in this class Dan will teach you
how to fake those pretty shapes. This class will be 45 mins split
stretching and technique and 45 mins splits tricks on the pole.
This class is suitable for Intermediate and above students. We
recommend you can do Gemini, scorpio, shoulder mount and
basic sits on the pole

Heels Flows, Tricks and Sequences
This is a technique based class where Dan will teach us some of
his favourite tricks, flows and sequences. This class will cover a
range of movements from handstands, kips, shoulderstand work,
basework flows and more. So if you want some inspiration to
spice up your next heels choreo this is the class for you!
Things you will need for this class: Heels (of any kind), Bottle of
water, towel and knee pads (leg warmers are also fine to use as
kneepads)
